where can we find the honor in killing these people in love? God is Love and He gave us, human beings, the free will to choose the way we live life & the people we love and nobody else in this world has the authority to dictate except the persons in love! this mentality is so primitive, it makes me want to vomit in that killer's face! if this muslim practice of arranged marriages & the treatment of women as if they were commodities were to be stopped then we would have less murders & suicides of women like this committed in the name of religious beliefs! to hell with these narrow minded pieces of shit!

Note that it is the woman or girl who takes the hit. This bullshit is an ingrained satisfaction with controlling women in the name of their fuckwit religion. A woman raped in some Muslim countries is flogged for being seductive; or stoned to death with small stones – large stones kill too quickly – while the man is excused. I hope some of the prisoners decide to "reason" with this murderous clown or even make him an offer he cannot refuse. Sick doesn't begin to describle what happened here.

This is why religion, and Islam in particular, is evil. Any religion which claims familial honor (whatever that means) to be more important than life has got to be evil. The world would be a better place if we made belief in religion to be a crime. We could start by jailing all the Islamic clerics for insighting hatred, together with all the perverted catholic priests for child sex abuse.

There is no honour in these people.Can you imagine what a fantastic world we would have if it was not for all the Christians and Muslims. They are always the ones that cause the world grief and trouble. They are always the ones that cause suffering and injustice. They are always the ones that try to imposed their will on free thinking people. More people have died in the name of Jesus Christ than all the rest put together yet they still carp on about a loving and just god. It is all bullshit and in my opinion the world should rid itself of these mentally ill people. Be honest. If you truly believe, as an intelligent human being, the utter shit that is written in the bible and the koran then you must have some kind of problem mentally.

What makes my mind boggle, is HOW do they learn that this is bringing 'dishonour' on their families? If my sister shacked up with someone before getting married (actually, she did, three times) the thought of killing here wouldn't really cross my mind. They must have it drilled into them by the mad mullahs at the mosque. I mean, how deep must this be ingained in their psyche?

If the Canadian prison system is anything like the British system, and I believe it may well be, he will be quartered with mainly muslim prisoners. They will respect him for his crime, probably even consider him a hero of Islam. All his religious needs will be catered for and the prison staff will have to show him the utmost respect or he will sue them for religious discrimination.

All he will lose is freedom, but as a muslim he has already submitted that freedom to an imaginary higher authority anyway.
