DERANGED koranimal Anjem Choudary and a bunch of his rug-butting goons were given the bum’s rush at the Conway Hall in London last night after their abortive attempt to publicly relaunch the wacky Islamist group Al-Muhajiroun.
The event, according to the Guardian, ended in chaos when the management of the Conway Hall scrapped the event because “fundamentalist thugs” had tried to enforce the segregation of men and women at the London venue.
Anjem Choudary wants to 'civilise' Britain
Supporters of the group, which wants sharia law in Britain and has praised the 9/11 terrorists as the “Magnificent 19″, were ordered to leave Conway Hall in Holborn when it emerged that Al-Muhajiroun had placed bouncers on the doors and were not letting women into the main hall.
Choudary, who remained on stage during the scuffles, then grabbed the microphone. He led chants and said in reference to the row over segregation:
Jews and Christians will never make peace with you until you either become like them or adopt their ways.
As the chanting continued, including loud calls of “sharia for UK”, Giles Enders, chairman of the South Place Ethical Society which runs the hall, snatched the microphone away from Choudary and ordered everyone to leave.
Outside, Choudary criticised British society as “dirty” and predicted that, within one or two decades, Muslims would make up the majority. Asked why, if society was so bad, he was living here, he replied:
We come here to civilise people, get them to come out of the darkness and injustice into the beauty of Islam.
Speakers who had been invited to share a platform with Choudary, the group’s leader, accused Al-Muhajiroun of inviting them under false pretences.
Douglas Murray, director of the Centre for Social Cohesion, said the platform of the planned debate was “completely unacceptable”.
I’m perfectly willing to debate Anjem Choudary and Al-Muhajiroun’s ideas. His ideas are not difficult. They do not stand up. But it’s very clear that this debate is not neutral. This was a segregated event, policed by Al-Muhajiroun’s guards.
He said he had been invited to the event by a student society, Global Issues Society, but the Islamist group had hijacked proceedings.
Giles Enders took to the stage and explained that the terms and conditions of Conway Hall do not stipulate segregation. He then declared the meeting cancelled.
He was cheered by a small group of women sitting in the balcony, but was heckled by many of the 100 or so men in the main hall. Loud chanting and scuffles broke out before police arrived.
Al-Muhajiroun disbanded in 2004 but was succeeded by the Saviour Sect and Al-Ghurabaa, both of which were banned under the Terrorism Act 2006 for “the glorification” of terrorism. After the meeting there were calls for the government to ban Al-Muhajiroun.

Interesting that within a society that bends over backwards to give these people a fair hearing, they are making so little headway. I don't know what the figures are for Brits converting to Islam but I suspect that there have not been that many. Of the converts that there have been, I bet most have been religious fundie types of some other shade who have just changed sides.

While this twat is preaching to us about civilising us, we have a bunch of fuckwit MPs telling Mick Martin what a wonderful Speaker he is, Blair is met with excitment when he visits the Commons and Brown lies in his teeth, talks about his religious father, and attempts to hold the Iraq Inquiry in secrecy.Shouldn't some of these MPs, or even our freeloading Prince of All the Faiths, been at Conway Hall to "reason with this man." Maybe the lure of the fancy dress and deluge of ego massaging was tpp much to resist.

The very idea of democracy protects minorities from being trampled. Muslims have not seemed to grasp this idea. Not matter what percentage of the population they gain, they will first need to change the system of government before enacting any changes – and this is not be an easily won fight. No one wants to live under Sharia except religious crazies.

When are civilised countries going to wake up and stop importing these imbiciles, and all those that call for sharia law export them to a moslem country of their choice like Iraq or Pakistan or or Afganistan where there are no welfare benifits and the lazy sods have to work or starve, From what I can see from here in Australia, England and the country of my birth Holland, have created their own problems by letting them in and here in Oz we are making the same mistakes when will we learn ?

Fair play to decent people for offering to have a debate with these berks. But the truth is, debate presupposes a willingness to listen. Muslims are much better at shouting and indeed spitting in your face. Their ears don't seem to work so well – except when they are detecting insults to Islam of course.
And, yet again, the 'moderate' Muslims who are supposed to be appalled by their extremist brethren are notable by their absence. Or were they too scared to speak up? Do these elusive moderate Muslims in the UK intend to wait until the entire Islamic world becomes more democratic, then start speaking up?

They are working on that as we speak. The whole idea is to invade a little at a time through immigration and to outbreed us at the same time. At the moment they are winning. I have read that they are outbreeding us by 8-1 across Europe and 10-1 in Britain. Before long. there will be enough of them to elect a government of their choice. This is why these retards go around shouting about this stuff because they know that, for now at least, it is inevitable that they will be able to elect an islamic party into power before too long and once that happens there is no way back except for civil war. Until our politicians grow a backbone, the apologists realise their mistake and the rest of the population waken up to this menace, their plan for world domination will continue to roll on unhindered.

Correct Barrie. They are always banging on about how much they gave to the rest of us and they are supported in their claims by the PC apologists, always ready to dhimmify themselves. But, if they were so inventive, why are islamic countries so backward now? Why did they not continue to progress and lead us in science, medicine etc? Why do they rely on us for everything? Because islam is a backward, barbaric, oppressive evil death cult with no imagination (except for when it comes to coming up with different way to oppress, torture and kill people…oh and we mustn't forget flying donkeys…that was quite imaginitive) and no time for living in the present.
