LAST year, I read that the late Michael Jackson had embraced Islam.
Rather than immediately blog this marriage of two distinctly unstable forces, I decided to bide my time until the pop idol’s new-found Muslim identity manifested itself in a manner grotesque even by Jackson’s standards – or in an act of jihad, possibly involving a very loud bang, body bits and stuff bursting into flame.

Jackson’s death prompted me today to find out more about his brief flirtation with the Religion of Peace. While sifting through a tsunami of Jackson headlines from around the world – I came across one that called out for a closer examination. It read:
Michael Jackson is dead, but Jesus is alive.
It appears on a mouthful of a blog called Purechristiangraphicdesign.com – the creation of a Yorkshireman, Andrew Kelsall, who seized on Jackson’s death to inform us that, unless we get “born-again” pronto, we ARE ALL BOUND FOR HELL.
Says the pretty, but deluded young Kelsall:
I’ve always been an admirer of some of Michael Jackson’s music, and I was sad to hear of his death today, like many of us.
At the relatively young age of 50, his death should be a reminder to us all about how fickle life can be. I don’t know where he stood with the LORD; whether he was saved or not, but this is not the point of this article. The reason for this post is to plead with the unsaved.
If you have been witnessed to before, and thought that one day you’d make the decision to follow Jesus Christ as your LORD and Saviour, why not make it this day? Just like the late Michael Jackson, you never know when your time will come. There may never be a tomorrow to accept the free gift of Salvation that is available to all mankind.
Don’t put it off, I plead with you. You never know when the door will be shut -with no more opportunity for eternal life in Heaven. I’m not the type of person to give watered-down massages, so I’ll also remind you of the consequences of not submitting to God – eternal punishment in Hades – translated into Hell in modern translations of the Bible.
Kelsall appears to be a likeable sort, and talented with it. Which makes his religiotic approach to life all the more depressing. Whoever filled his head with this vile crap deserves a bloody good smack.
This – for Kelsall’s information – is how Jackson stood with the LORD. He was, according to this fact sheet, a devout Jehovah’s Witness. Not for nothing was he called “Wacko Jacko”.
Jackson went door to door on behalf of the religion. After the release of Thriller in 1982, he put on a disguise and knocked on doors, but he soon became too famous for that.
Thriller became – and currently remains – the best-selling album of all time. Sales are estimated to be between 60-65 million copies sold worldwide.
But Thriller, according to this report, “outraged” the Witlesses. When the video came out:
The shit really hit the fanatics. ‘No Jehovah’s Witness would have such an involvement with the occult!’ screamed outraged JWs. Michael Jackson carefully backtracked and added a disclaimer to the beginning of his video saying something to the effect of ‘I don’t really believe this zombie crap. It’s all make-believe’.

His brother Jermaine Friday, previously hinted Jackson was considering converting to the religion.
‘When I came back from Mecca I got him a lot of books and he asked me lots of things about my religion and I told him that it’s peaceful and beautiful,’ said Friday, who embraced the faith in 1989.
So, is Jacko in boring old Heaven with JEE-SUS, or is he scratching his head while deciding which of 72 celestial virgins in Muslim Paradise to deflower first? Over to you …

this is not right, this is not about the 72 virgins, it is a matter of Hell or heaven, chosing islam will save all of you from hell..many many famous charachters around the world has embraced islam for that reason..cuz they made sure it is the true religion..go to youtube and type converts to islam..and you will be stunned by the amount of converts from all over the world..do you know that ice cube is a muslim?!

How long before all this "Jackson Mania" implodes? I give it days! I imagine that all those people that he bought off, and otherwise silenced, are at this very moment lining up juicy media deals to tell everything that they know – and not just for the money either. In any case, he was the most over-hyped entertainer of all time, and even when he was young, and you could actually understand what it was that he was singing, he was no Elvis Presley!!

I find it interesting that 99.9% of reporters and commentators state or imply that Michael Jackson's connection with the WatchTower Cult ended when he was disfellowshipped in the 1980s.
Katherine and Rebbie's family are all active JWs. Anyone who knows anything about JWs knows how this would play on MJ, who was at onetime an extremely devout JW.
In fact, circa 2004-5, a southern California newspaper published photos and an article showing MJ and his children attending their local Kingdom Hall. Does anyone really believe that someone with MJ's ego would not only attend a "meetings" at his Kingdom Hall, but also take his children with him, if he were being shunned as disfellowshipped persons are at a JW Kingdom Hall. I suspect that MJ had been "reinstated" as an active JW sometime prior to 2004. Let's see some reporter dig into that one. Don't expect the WatchTower Society or local JWs admit such without presentation of overwhelming evidence given present citcumstances.

It was quoted by the master of cermonies at his memorial that he was a gift from the creator. The creator is "GOD" whether your muslim, christian, or buddhist. Many prophets have been here on Earth and books have been written – which one is right or wrong ? surely, we can not be a judge of that….
There is only one creator "GOD" – let's not get prejudice. It's all about how much devotion you have to "GOD" our creator and there are many different practicies.
In a modern context I have just watched the Matrix – A great movie – a reality check on life – what is it ? is it eternal or just a temporary journey, perhaps life is just a bus ride and you neec to get off at the right station !
Micheal Jackson was Just 50 Years old ! – I guess there is a forever life and we hope we all get there to enjoy it ! Believe in the good and we'll see him again – just that it's going to be very different to what we have been used to whislt we have been here !

Oh come on leave it alone will you. Michael Jackson sad to say allowed the Media to manipulate him to such an extent the truth was unrecognizable at the end. It seems that no matter what was the truth at the end it didnt matter. But, please dont use his death to peddle the "i am going to tell you about the Jehovahs witnesses" bit now. These people are like parasites who the first smell of a story against the witnesses just love it. They have nothing nice to say about anything. How sad.
