Yet another reason for banning Islamic facial coverings surfaced this week after an Arabic ambassador to Dubai discovered to his horror that the woman he married was cross-eyed and had facial hair.

According the BBC, the woman had worn a niqab on the few occasions the couple had met.
The envoy, who has not been identified, told a Sharia court her mother had tricked him by showing him pictures of the bride’s sister.
He only discovered the deception when he lifted the woman’s veil to kiss her.
The court had annulled the marriage contract but rejected his compensation claim of $130,000 (£83,000) for gifts he had lavished on his bride.

If I remember correctly, not too long ago a woman in Egypt filed for divorce after her husband had tried to take a peek under her veil after they’d been married for several decades. The ambassador and his marriage would have been okay if he had been less curious.

Sari-Ass Law does not say the wife has to be HOT. And actually punishes any woman trying to be HOT (ie wear bra).
The court should have asked only ONE question – Is she a virgin?
