The Freethinker was founded in 1881 by GW Foote, an outspoken critic of religion. After the publication of irreligious cartoons in the 1882 Christmas edition, Foote was convicted of blasphemy and sentenced to 12 months hard labour. I’ve said it before, I keep coming back here because I am continually amazed by human studity. I watch The Daily Show, and better, I watch the Colbert Report, I watch South Park and Futurama, and I laugh my ass off!!!!! The Simpsons!!!!! But somebody payed some serious cash for two bottles of ghost???????? There is nothing on the planet more hilarious than that!!!!!! (I think I just pissed my pants).

Why the hell didn’t I think of doing that?
Oh aye – I have an ounce of morality and therefore I’m not a good liar – even though the purchaser thoroughly deserves getting ripped off, I couldn’t be enough of an asshole to sell them it.
