THE silly sods who recently decided to launch “Everyone Draw the Holocaust Day” in retaliation for Facebook’s “Everyone Draw Muhammad Day” have unfortunately (from their point of view) chosen to focus on episode in history which shows Islam in a positively gruesome light.

C J Werleman, author of God Hates You, Hate Him Back, lost no time in pointing out that “a critical study” of the Holocaust would bring forth some very inconvenient truths.
A few atheists got together to celebrate free speech and opposition to violence, whereas a few radical Muslims are initiating the celebration of 6 million dead Jews.
Despite my disgust, however, I think this is a great thing. Not only are we recognizing their right to free speech but also their actions serve as a reminder of history. They are reminding us on where a majority of the Muslim world stood on the issue of Jewish genocide during the 1930-40s.
When Hitler seized power in 1933, news of the Nazi takeover was enthusiastically welcomed by the Arab masses. In fact, the first congratulatory telegrams the Fuhrer received upon being appointed Chancellor came from leaders of Arab capitals. Shortly after, parties that imitated the Nazis were founded throughout the Middle East, such as the ‘Hisb-el-qaumi-el-suri’ (PPS) or Social Nationalist Party in Syria. In Egypt, Hitler became affectionately known as ‘Abu Ali’.
Moreover, the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem Haj Amin el-Husseini, the Islamic equivalent of the Pope, welcomed Hitler as the ‘Father of the Arabic World’. Further, in an introductory speech, he called the Jews the ‘most fierce enemies of the Muslims’ and an ‘ever corruptive element’ in the world.
The Mufti became an honored guest of the Nazi leadership and met on numerous occasions with Hitler, in Berlin. Historical documents show that he personally lobbied Hitler against the German plan to allow the Jews to leave Hungary, fearing they would flee to Palestine. He also intervened when Adolf Eichmann tried to broker an agreement with the UK government to exchange German POWs for 5000 Jewish children who also could have fled to Palestine. The Mufti’s protests were heard and actioned, resulting in the children being sent to death camps in Poland instead.
In 1943, the Mufti traveled to Bosnia, where on orders of the SS he recruited the notorious “Hanjar troopers”, a special Bosnian Waffen SS company which slaughtered 90 percent of Bosnia’s Jewish population. In fact, the Bosnian Muslim recruits rapidly found favor with SS chief Heinrich Himmler, who established a special Mullah Military school in Dresden.
Himmler, by the way, thought that Muslim men would make perfect SS soldiers as Islam “promises them Heaven if they fight and are killed in action”.
Werleman concludes:
So, we can thank these radical Islamists for the creation of “Everyone Draw the Holocaust Day” Facebook page, because many of us may have forgotten this ugly chapter of Islamic-Arab history.

This is a potent demonstration of the gulf between the thinking of civilised cultures and the thinking of the Islamists. Those nasty westerners did something to deliberately piss us off, what can we do that will piss them of in return? One of these dumbfucks thought this was a smart idea. That tells you all you need to know. Try not to puke over this. On the other hand why bother. What else do they deserve.

It’s important that we fight fire with water, not fire. We cannot overreact to this new Facebook thing. We must show them how much we value freedom of expression by giving them that freedom.
If they get a lot of response, I would love to see the comments dwell on the artistic merit of the submissions rather than the content of them. Flummox them by acknowledging what they’re doing but ignoring their message.

I love the way the makers of that facebook page try to pretend that atheism played any part in the rise of Stalin. @ Emma: When Westboro Baptist Church members turn out in force with their hate banners, a great many Christians who are not quite as loopy, condemn them. For every Israeli who displays racist tendencies towards the Palestinians, there are hundred of other Jews (anti-Zionist to the core) who will vehemently oppose them. Those genocides of the early Islamic empire continued after Mohammed’s death. Usually against followers of the Indic religions like Hinduism and Buddhism. The Muslims successfully wiped out India’s Buddhist population when they invaded, with most of the holy places only being re-discovered in the days of the Raj by British oriental historians. The reason this happened was that the people who went there had all been brutally murdered, so there was nobody left to remember. The Muslims only stopped the slaughter and recognised Hindus as honourary ‘people of the book’ because they realised there were quite simply too many of them to kill or convert. We have detailed records of what exactly took place because a lot of the Buddhist survivors went to Tibet and wrote about their experiences.
Bihar state, in its wealthy halcyon days of Hinduism and Buddhism, was host to India’s gigantic Nalanda university. This place was well-known for attracting scholars from all over Asia. In the 1100s, a Muslim religious fanatic showed up, slaughtered his way through the population and burnt the university’s three gigantic libraries. A lot of the holy men and academics were buried alive. This was the beginning of the end for Bihar state, which currently has a majority Muslim population. It also has a problem with violent Communist insurgents who don’t believe in free elections and is desperately poor. Few people have any formal education. When that man and his thugs annihilated the culture of that Indian province in the name of religion, they destroyed it for generations. But hey, everyone’s worshipping Allah, right? That must count for something!
The Arab invasion of Persia, an action that has sowed the seeds for all manner of unpleasantness in the Middle East, could also be counted as a kind of genocide. I’m sure I don’t have to tell anyone what nasties stem from this historical event.

And when it was the Muslims’ turn to burn the Library of Alexandria, their boss said “If it agrees with the Koran, it is superfluous. If it disagrees with the Koran, it is infidel. Burn it”. Religion’s hatred of knowledge in a nutshell.
This happened during the conquest of the Middle East, when scores of unique Semitic cultures such as the Egyptians were forcibly Islamised and Arabised. When one’s culture is erased by total indentification with one’s conqueror, that could count as a sort of genocide. The Sudanese, for example, deal with their dread of being mistaken for Africans by endeavouring to speak the purest form of Arabic. That’s when they’re not trying to wipe out Darfur’s black muslims.

It is not a new tactic for police to really piss off a suspect in order to spill a fact, to trip up and reveal a fact that they shouldn’t know. Draw Muhammed has done just that. Now, the “religion of peace” is the murderous sociopaths that they have always denied being. They just needed a gentle nudge.

Israel, contrary to popular mythology, never kicked anyone off their property. Those who moved to the slums in the West Bank did so in refusal to be ruled by Jews. Those Palestinians who stayed retained their property and are Israeli citizens. Muslim and Jew.
That aside, Israel has a very serious problem with ultra orthodox Jews who think that all of Palestine is their god given birthright. A member of their movement assassinated Yitzhak Rabin, their own prime minister, for making peace with the muslims. And while I have read Netanyahu’s books, and find him a clear minded logical person, his new idea of settling Palestinian Jerusalem seems to me like a deliberate provocation of confrontation. It doesn’t seem wise to me, but, sometimes when you get a pimple, you just have to pop it.

Here’s a very non-pc joke for you. But it did make me giggle.
Two Arab mothers are sitting in the cafe strip chatting over a pint of goat’s milk. The older of the mothers pulls her bag out and starts flipping through photos, and they start reminiscing.

This just illustrates how the religious mind warps reality. Threatening to kill somebody for a drawing seems perfectly ok. Trying to destroy the separation between church and state, by removing all mention of why Thomas Jefferson among others insisted upon its inclusion in the constitution from textbooks,…..yep that’s cool too! When you believe in religious nonsense anything goes.
……And when you try to illustrate to the muslims just how silly it all is, they react by doing something that defies all logic. Not only does it show rank ignorance of the history that the muslims shared with Hitler, it shows how proud they are of being stupid!
Religion is as religion does, and most of what it does spreads toxic ideas designed to extinguish reason, science and sanity! I don’t know about anyone else, when I read this type of thing I feel myself sinking into a profound sadness….
