The “no more virgins” warning, according to this report, was sounded by Muslim clerics from the Majlis al-Ifta al-Aala, the country’s highest religious council, and follows recent demands from females that they should be allowed to drive.
Under the current ban, females face public lashings, jail and ostracism if discovered driving in the only country in the world where women are not allowed to take the wheel.
The report from the Majlis, produced in association with a former professor at King Fahd University, Kamal Subhi, reported their findings to the Shura Council, the country’s legislative assembly.
It warned that allowing women to drive would:
Provoke a surge in prostitution, pornography, homosexuality and divorce.
If the ban was lifted, the nutters predicted that within ten years Saudi Arabia would be utterly devoid of virgins.
This latest lunacy from religious leaders comes after news broke last month that certain women were appearing in public with “sexy eyes”, and driving men to distraction.

If this is a scientific utterance by a ‘professor’ from a country that is well known for its rational approach to life in general, it must be true. Remember the girls who died because they weren’t properly dressed when trying to escape from a burning building.

Interestingly, Saudi Arabia our great ally against terrorism and repression in the Middle East, is a signatory to the UN convention on the equality of Women. The convention requires all signing states to take every measure necessary to ensure the complete equality of women.
I guess the saudis will be doing this but just not quite yet……..?

Buffy: The question that obviously arises is – If Muslim men entering Paradise are greeted by over seventy virgins, what reward is there for the women? Apparently, Allah is going to recreate THEM as virgins (on the assumption that they are all married, of course, as no right-thinking Muslim woman would want anything else for herself in life), and recreate their husbands as virile young men. According to the report, the law firm that’s representing dozens of RCC schools said that the important thing for the church was “…that it wanted to ensure that schools would retain their Catholic ethos and characteristics – and that land would not be lost.”

I remember those younger days when my girlfriend and I were both virgins and sex was more like two monkeys fu*king a football. I also remember growing older and dating more experienced women where sex was great fun and quite creative…sex is an evolving experience.

Way, Way off topic. I was reading an item on (probably) Religion of Peace the other day about the UNHCR. A caring organization looking after persecuted refugees worldwide…Ho Hum. It turns out that that the UNHCR does not give refugee status to non-muslims fleeing persecution by islamic states. And yet, I read daily about, for example, that in Pakistan and other islamic nations a pogrom is going on against all non-muslims including church burnings with the murderers for allah being treated as heroes and seldom prosecuted. In the background I learnt that the UNHCR is actually dominated by these same states and refuses to acknowledge the persecution. However, it turns out that any muslim who wants to move to the West, automatically receives refugee status and the UNHCR has the clout to demand that the country they want to go to, accepts them.

What for me is totally mysterious is ‘What exactly is going on inside the heads of Saudi men?’ Are they so in love with their own dick, that they can’t think with or without it? that they can’t reason with, or without it? This just sickens me to the core. The men that believe this completely twisted abhorrent and backwards thinking are just scared to death because women have the power to make them weak.Females are MEANT to sexually excite males in order to ensure procreation and the survival of humans!! This is why we look the way we do!! This is a natural part of evolution. This to me tells me the male species of this culture are defective in that they are trying to prevent the very thing that ensures the survival of their own species. That culture has been like this for a VERY LONG time and I do not understand how they could have survived for this long if they actually abided and practiced the outrageous, self-absorbed, desperate attempts at maintaining power and control they try to make with forming laws and bans like this.
