Unveiled: a gun no Muslim would use

A Florida weapons manufacturer has launched an assault rifle it claims was ‘designed to never be used by Muslim terrorists’.

The company, Spike’s Tactical, believes that what would stop murderous Islamists from handling the AR15 Crusader are the etchings it bears.

On the one side is a Knights Templar Long Cross – a symbol of the Christian Crusades to reclaim the “Holy Land” from Muslims – and on the other  the words of Psalm 144:1:

Blessed be the Lord my Rock, who trains my hands for war, my fingers for battle.

The company’s spokesman, former Navy SEAL Ben “Mookie” Thomas said he came up with the idea and is convinced that no devout Muslim would touch such a weapon.

Off the cuff I said I’d like to have a gun that if a Muslim terrorist picked it up a bolt of lightning would hit and knock him dead.

The weapon went on sale for $1,395 on Wednesday – and immediately drew fire from the Council on American-Islamic Relations of Florida. Hasan Shibly, executive director of CAIR-FL asked:

Is it designed for Christian terrorists?

He then pointed out that out of 205 mass killings so far this year in the US only one involved a Muslim.

We need to have a conversation on gun violence. There has been utter silence from gun manufacturers. It’s time for them to stop trying to make a buck on this.

This summer, Florida Gun Supply in Inverness north of Tampa drew nationwide publicity after owner Andy Hallinan declared it a “Muslim-free zone” following the July 16 killings of five military recruiters in Chattanogga, Tennessee.

The killer was identified as Muhammad Youseef Abdulazeez, above.

Shibly said he would welcome an opportunity to speak with Thomas as CAIR-FL opposes all forms of religious extremism.

The owners of Spike Tactical did not intend to insult or antagonize Muslims, Thomas said. They believe America and much of the world is threatened by Islamic terrorism and the Crusader is a symbol of shared Christian values and the right to defend themselves

The safety selector that controls the Crusader’s trigger has three settings: “Peace”, “War” and “God Wills It”.

The company would never produce an AR-15 assault rifle with verses from the Koran for Muslim marksmen, Thomas said. But it makes other special models including an AR-15 for women called “Pure Estrogen”.

Said Thomas:

Our goal is not to offend or alienate good people. The difficult issues people have with each other need to be brought to the table. Often these are hurtful and painful but it’s important to be honest.

Spike’s Tactical was founded in 2001 by Mike and Angela Register as a family-owned business. Begun originally as a hobby, it now has more than 40 employees making enough components for enthusiasts to build about 10,000 custom rifles a year.

Said CEO Angela Register.

Men like to accessorize their guns more than women like to accessorize their outfits.

Wouldn’t Muslims be more repelled by an etched representation of Mohammed and a pigskin handle?

I expect this will prove to be yet another crazed Muslim terrorist:

“Instead of sending prayers to Sacramento City College why don’t we also send gun reform laws through congress? Just a thought.”

To a muslin the buyBull is part holey and part BS as they borrowed parts of it for themselves. So who knows . Also to a REAL muslin, and not some dimwit kid in a store trying to get out of working, there is no problem with pigs or dogs. So I would not bet my life on a muslin not using it.

If they didn’t attribute the quotes to the Bible, most people couldn’t tell whether they were Christian or Muslim. It’s hard to imagine clearer evidence of an American Taliban.

I’m reposting this link for those who haven’t seen it. Good lesson on sharia law and secular government:

Don’t forget you silver bullet gun oil…

    http://www.silverbulletgunoil.net

    Contains 13% liquified pig fat.

I advocate peaceful debate and reasoning (and laughter) to lead Muslims to adopt secular values. Where Muslim or any other religious persons use violence to promote their cause, let the issue be resolved as peacefully and swiftly as possible.

Nothing new, in the early 19th century the British army issued cartridges lubricated with a mixture of pig and cow fat making them equally effective against Muslims and Hindus.

Mind you I don’t think the fat was as effective as the ounce lead ball it was smeared on.

Wasn’t that what led to the Indian Mutiny? That, an the rise of evanglicalism in Victorian Britain.
“Then said Jesus unto Peter, Put up thy sword into the sheath: the cup which my Father hath given me, shall I not drink it?”
“My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now is my kingdom not from hence”

Tricky Dicky/Asquith: Yeah – nothing changes.

Company officers became aware of the rumours through reports of an altercation between a high-caste sepoy and a low-caste labourer at Dum Dum. The labourer had taunted the sepoy that by biting the cartridge, he had himself lost caste, although at this time such cartridges had been issued only at Meerut and not at Dum Dum. There had been rumours that the British sought to destroy the religions of the Indian people, and forcing the native soldiers to break their sacred code would have certainly added to this rumour, as it apparently did. The Company was quick to reverse the effects of this policy in hopes that the Indians would be quelled.

On 27 January, Colonel Richard Birch, the Military Secretary, ordered that all cartridges issued from depots were to be free from grease, and that sepoys could grease them themselves using whatever mixture “they may prefer”. A modification was also made to the drill for loading so that the cartridge was torn with the hands and not bitten. This however, merely caused many sepoys to be convinced that the rumours were true and that their fears were justified. Additional rumours started that the paper in the new cartridges, which was glazed and stiffer than the previously used paper, was impregnated with grease. In February, a court of inquiry was held at Barrackpore to get to the bottom of these rumours. Native soldiers called as witnesses complained of the paper “being stiff and like cloth in the mode of tearing”, said that when the paper was burned it smelled of grease, and announced that the suspicion that the paper itself contained grease could not be removed from their minds

Apart from the gun phony machismo invented by a SEAL we have another kind. This is where running for long distances carrying packs and being shouted at by a SEAL who says “shit” every third word indicates toughness. I watched a supposed super tough programme with said SEAL shouting “shit” and various silly threats and switched off. It was crude, pointless and embarrassing.

To me the really tough person is someone like Stephen Hawking, and other severely disabled people, who endure and achieve despite their disability. They I admire and wouldn’t presume to equal their courage and endurance. Not some fearful supposed toughies who are prepared to be threated by a posturing bully.

As it happens I did three months very testing army basic training a long time ago. I was 18 at the time. So I have some personal experience and what we went through. And it wasn’t to allow us to posture in front of TV cameras.

  10. barriejohn says:

Broga: I can think of several good films exploring such issues (eg Biloxi Blues – a play originally), but truth is often stranger than fiction!

“Our goal is not to offend or alienate good people.” Merely provide weapons so people can kill people.

barriejohn: With future military leaders like that it’s no wonder we have had so much success bringing democracy and peace to the middle east. I’m sure if we just engage in 1 more war there good ol’ America will fix the middle east up. Just need to give ’em another dose of democracy, capitalism and christanity. Praise the lord and pass the ammunition, hurrah!
