Arrested kiddie porn principal sacked by Oklahoma church

Jeffrey Goss, 56, above, who is accused of possessing, distributing and receiving child pornography, has lost his job as of principal at a school run by the Tulsa Hills Church of the Nazarene.

The church’s pastor, Jim Thornton, said in a statement following Goss’s arrest that he no longer holds the post of principal of the Christian Education Alliance, a ministry of the Tulsa Hills Church.

Goss was arrested at the end of March on a federal complaint of possessing, distributing and receiving child pornography.

He allegedly used a video conference chat room to share and view sexually explicit pictures and videos of underage boys and girls.

According to its website, Christian Education Alliance is:

A unique education ministry to home school families in the Tulsa metro area.

While being interviewed, Goss told investigators that he used the chat room at least five or six times since November 2015 with the intent to view child pornography. He said he accessed the materials from the school where he works in an effort to hide it from his spouse.

The Christian Education Alliance provides limited classroom instruction and opportunities for social interaction to otherwise home-schooled students, according to its website, which points out that:

An equally important aspect of the program is a commitment to the promotion of godly character.

Following Goss’s arrest, the BBC reported this week that a serial child sex abuser who admitted his crimes to police has never been brought to justice.

Henry Clarke, 75, above, confessed to abusing three different boys at care homes in Northern Ireland. A retired church pastor, he has been living in Canada since he made the admissions in 1985.

At the time, the Director of Public Prosecutions ordered no prosecution, and police failed to act on a further confession.

The Canadian authorities were never informed.

According to his Linkedin profile (a link to Linkedin is linked in the link that Barry linked to) Jeffrey Goss was a carpet cleaner before becoming a school principle. It is good to see the education system maintaining such high standards.

ps – Barry. The headline is a bit misleading. The pastor was the one making the statement, not the one jacking off to kiddie porn. He was an unprincipled principal.

    “…before becoming a school principle.”

remigius, you arsetard – You should learn to spell first before criticising a kiddie-fiddling carpet-cleaning school principal.

  3. Daz says:

… Although some decent principles like, for instance, “aiding and abetting the sexual molestation and/or rape of children is bad” would have been useful.

  4. remigius says:

    “…decent principles like, for instance,”

Is that a dig at remigius’s use of a redundant tautology?

  5. Daz says:

No dig intended. Just pointing out that “principle,” although introduced as a typo, was pertinent.

Ah, I see. I thought you were deploying a rather clever play on words in reply to my ‘first before’ gaffe. My apologies.

When will these morons learn that they will be caught unless they at least use encryption, proxies and a VPN? Surely they know that the Bush administration brought in the first search-engine monitoring (before 9/11/2001) specifically to trap kiddie pornsters and groomers.

You mean the character of the psychotic ahole that ordered the butchering of hundreds of women, babies, kids, fetuses, and keeping young girls as sex slaves, and then later killing 99.999% of the creatures & humans? And now also watches kids & adults as they play with themselves? That kind of character?? Seems to me the preacher was acting better than you gawd!!! as the preacher was just looking a pictures!

  9. Daz says:

“Seems to me the preacher was acting better than you gawd!!! as the preacher was just looking a pictures!”

He was not “just looking at pictures.” He was actively harming children by participation in and encouragement of the market for pictures of children being harmed.

Also, regardless of the organisation’s other faults, they did, in fact, fire this man for these crimes. Choosing to make clichéd points about God’s immorality in order to have a dig at the people who are not only not at fault in this instance, but who also did the right thing, seems a tad petty to me.

@ Remigius: Thanks for pointing out the error in the headline. Corrected now.

Sailor1031. The religious are not that tech savvy. Our very own moron, Bob Hutton, cannot even link to a web page – even though the link appears in his browser.

If copy/paste is beyond their capability I don’t think they’ll be using any of your suggestions any time soon.

  12. remigius says:

remigius – You mentioned Bob Hutton. Why must you always resort to odd hominids?

  13. Daz says:

Dear Bob, should you be reading, and since you would appear to have a knowledge of science most often seen in seven-year-olds:

hominid: a primate of a family (Hominidae) which includes humans and their fossil ancestors and also (in recent schemes) at least some of the great apes.

homo: slang, offensive: a homosexual man.

So that’s that cleared up. Though whether Bob would find being called the former any less insulting than he would the latter, I have no idea.

Sodomite: (noun) An inhabitant of one of the biblical ‘Cities of the Plain’. Their sin was arrogance, gluttony, laziness and neglect of the poor and needy – for which they, and their city, were destroyed.

Bob, do tell us more about your close personal relationship with the creator of the universe, and your plan to starve/impoverish those in receipt of state benefits.

  15. John says:

Goss has clearly passed the first test for admission into the roman church.
When will he be confirmed as a priest?
There, they can just move him around from one parish to another, just as they have done so for decades past.

Have you read Bob’s latest offering?

    Not unique…sadly very common.
