Charles Foster is a Fellow of Exeter College, Oxford, the author of many books including the New York Times Bestseller 'Being a Beast' (2016) (which won the Ig Nobel Prize for Biology), 'Being a Human' (2021), 'The Screaming Sky' (2021), 'A Little Brown Sea' (2022), and 'Cry of the Wild' (Penguin, 2024), and a regular contributor to many publications, including the Times Literary Supplement and the Guardian.
